The thin blades and sharp edges of this turbin impeller casting demonstrate our ability to cast thin wall thickness of parts.
We produce many sizes of impellers and other parts such as turbine wheel, compressor wheel, nozzle ring, diffuser, turbine blade, seal ring carrier, bearing support, intake casing, guide vane, etc.

Accurate dimensions(±0.005mm)
Inspection tooling includes: Tool microscope, digimatic micrometer, inside micrometer, go-no go gauge, dial gauge, electronic digital display caliper, automatic height gauge, precision level 2 detector, precision block gauge, 00 levels of marble platform, ring gauge, CMM
Surface treatment:
A variety of operations can be performed during or after machining process
They include heat treatment, anodizing, electroplating, powder coating, painting, polishing and buffing, blacken, hardening and assembly services
