For the automobile seat cushion and foam carpet PU foaming system to use the AA IRB6700-200/2.60 robot to take the necessary mixing head pouring robot, the robot payload is 200kg, the working radius is 2.60 meters, the repetition positioning accuracy is 0.16mm;
The robot is used to support high pressure mixing head, carrying the mixing head movement in the mold cavity according to the predetermined trajectory.The robot has the automatic tracking casting function, to pre-set pouring trajectory as well as foaming machine the pouring parameter for the different location mold.
The control system automatically calls foaming machine corresponding pouring procedure, the robot carry mixing head to track a starting point to start this pouring procedure, automatic pouring.
