The system is supported with complete lines of processing facilities and physical & chemical inspection instruments. 2500 ton hydraulic forging press, 25 ton handling tong and heating & annealing furnaces are settled in the forging workshop. 8-12m pit furnaces and 4-6m box furnaces are installed in the heat-treating workshop. The machining workshop is equipped with 3-18m heavy machining lathes, 3-13m deep hole drilling & boring machines, ID & OD grinding machines, spiraling machines, threading machines, plano milling machines, CNC machining centre, radial drilling machines, etc. In the laboratory, we have spectrometer, metallurgical microscope, tensile, impact & hardness testing machines, ultrasonic & magnetic defect detectors, etc.
