C=0.34~0.42, Si=0.60~1.30, Mn=0.20~0.70, Cr=13.00~14.50, Mo=0.15~0.40.
2) Delivery condition:
EAF or ESR, hot rolled or forged, black or machined surface
3)Heat treatment:
Pre-hardened, hardness: 31-35 HRC,
Or annealed, hardness: HBS≤ 229.
4) Dimension
Flat bar: T20~400*W300~1200*L2000~5800mm
Round bar: Dia20~400*L2000~5800mm
5) Application:
Used for making corrosion resistance and wear resistance of high quality plastic moulds, transparent plastic moulds, like: PVC moulds.
