The forging factory and machining factory specialize in supplying open die forging parts of different materials such as carbon steels, alloy steels and stainless steels as per China Nation Standard, ANSI Standard, ASTM Standard, API Standard, EN Standard, JIS Standard and other international standards. The company's annual forging capacity is 20000 metric tons. The forgings are mainly shafts, gears, bearings, rings, rolls and blocks. The company can produce various rings with Max diameter of 3.2 meters and various shafts with max length of 16 meters and Max weight of 40 tons for single piece and discs with max diameter of 3.2 meters. The forgings are tailored exactly to customer's needs and they are widely used in fields of large machine tool, vehicles, ships and equipments of metallurgical, mining, wind power, petroleum, chemical, , plastic and etc.
The company has first-class forging equipments. The main equipments are: 4000T hydraulic press, 3T free forging hammer and 750Kg free forging hammer. In the machining factory, there are variety of cold working equipments, 10 meter Horizontal Lathe, 4 meter Vertical Lathe, floor type boring and milling machine with spindles diameter of 130 mm, Light Planer Milling and Grinding Machine BXMQ20, Vertical Machining Center VB-715, Gear Hobbing Machine, Milling Machine Universal, Planing Machine, Grinding Machine and etc.
