Processes: To this particular complicated part, one or more rapid prototypes with Patternless Casting Manufacturing processes are necessary to check out design, after the design is confirmed, then gravity casting (permanent mold casting) will be more suitable to make this product than sand casting as it will have much better surface finish. Of course, heat treating, shot blasting, and CNC machining processes should be taken to have a final product. However, if any porosity problem occurs after final leaking test, then impregnating will be an option to solve it. To those customers who need different appearance, powder coating is suggested to take.

Iron foundry of China Uly (HK) Co., Limited, Deguang Metal Products Co., Limited is located in Shenli Indrustry, Yuanzhou Town, Boluo County, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, it covers more than 1500 square meters and has 2 medium frequency furnaces, metallographic equipment, chemical analyzing equipment to make sure all products are within specifications. We take new process and finer resin sands and can produce part from 0.5 kilograms to 500 kilograms with fine surface and without void which common castings have.
