Single metal liners
The chromium-plated liners made from premium forged steel with the core plated by chromium.The hardended liners are hardend and heat treated under strict control,and each liner is honed for smooth and is machined to close tolerances.
Bi-metal liners
The material of outer sleeve is 45#forging or casting steel and the inner sleeve made from high-chromium alloy iron ,the content of chromium can reach22%-25%.The liners feature centrifugally cast high chrome iron sleeve which is machined and heat treated to a minmum uniform bore hardness of HRC62-65.The inner surface is smooth and the inner holes dimension tolerance is strictly controlled .
Ceraminc liner
Ceramic liners combine the strength of forged steel outer shell with the abrasion and corrosion resistance of a ceramic inner sleeve.We supply Zirconia as well as Alumina sleeves.The service life of ceramic liner can reach 3000-4000hours and it can not only adapted to some tough environment ,but also can be used for offshore oil and natural gas exploitation as well.
