Our production processes are sand casting and investment casting (water glass and silica sol), material includes stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, product weight from 5g to 150kg. After casting process we can provide further machining work such as cutting, grind, drilling and milling. And for the surface treatment we can do machining, sand/ball blasting, plating. We have strict quality control system during and after our production, and 100% inspection will be done before shipment, we can always made special designed gauges according to different products to ensure the tolerance of measurement, and we can also do chemical analysis, hardness test and tensile strength test.
