The company will equip with 4000t water press, 8t electro-hydraulic hammer, 3t electro-hydraulic hammer, 18m heat treatment furnace and the corresponding set of equipments. Owning these equipments the annual production of forging parts will reach to 50, 000 tons, large forging capacity goes to 20, 000 tons. The company is specialized in forgings for transmission unit in mu train, racks, side tubes of spud legs in offshore drilling platform, high temperature and pressure tee-fitting of supercritical generating units, power machinery forgings(including forgings of motor, turbine, blower, water turbine), metallurgy machinery forgings(including roll, mandrel through pipe, spindle of rolling machine, sector board), large gear, large die steel( cold work die steel, hot work die steel, plastic mould steel), petroleum and petrochemical forgings( such as petrochemical tube, hoisting-transmission system in offshore drilling platform, etc. ), ceramics machinery forgings(press machine), marine forgings( like tail shaft, crankshaft, crank, etc. )

Moreover, the company cooperated with wuhan iron and steel to finish the overall quenching process's formulation and application into production of large cross section die steel. Depending on this process, solved large-scale domestic 700mm pre-hardened mold problem. Cooperated with zhengzhou machinery research institute to develop forgings for transmission unit in mu train which instead of imported making. These newly forgings have been successfully installed in datong-qinhuangdao railway freight volume overload emu. The above development have been fully appreciated by the market.
