Description:
The slitting line can be do uncoiling, slitting and recoiling work and make coil steel to any required width. The slitting line includes a coil car, shearer, correct device, slitting machine, tension unit, recoiler, hydraulic system, etc. The slitting line is used in coil, hot rolling carbon steel, silicon steel and all the other types of metal material with surface spreading. To meet customer demands, the slitting line can be adjusted to do recoiling or dividing work. APLC system is centrally controlled to select information from every part of the line. It has the function of adjusting the speed and retaining memory if it loses its power supply. The slitting line delivers a very efficient performance.
