 Our company according to the forged grinding balls  ferrous metallurgy industry standards (YB/T 091-091) is specialized in producing all kinds of hot rolling ball mill ball. Ball diameter range for 150 mm Φ 20 - Φ, a total of 13 kinds of specifications.
 
Thick DE steel ball with a precise size, roundness, geometry, high hardness and good mechanical properties and wear resistance, deformation, not cracking of high quality. Products are widely used in large mines, thermal power plants, cement and other industries, deeply domestic and foreign customers.
 
Compared with the traditional forging process, the main advantage of the precision rolling steel ball is continuous grain flow. Thick DE group production of precise specifications of steel ball is the chosen of carbon steel and alloy steel rolling. Manufacture the billet grinding medium for all kinds of high quality carbon steel and alloy hot rolled round steel bar (or cc). The diameter of the round steel bar must be equals the nominal diameter by rolling the ball. The length of each round steel bar stock usually is 6 meters.
The chemical composition of steel billet is commonly used as follows:

C:           0.37-1.05	Si:             < =2.0%
Cr:          < =3.5%	Mo,V,Ti,Cu: < =0.5%
Ni:           < =0.5%	P:               < =0.050%
Mn:          < =2.0%	S:               < =0.050%

We can adjust according to the requirements of the chemical composition, or according to customer designated special steel production of steel ball.

Production  process
1,The material used for producing rolling forged grinding balls is virgin round steel rods with various kinds of chemical compositions.
2,Before getting rolled,steel rods are heated to a proper temperature in an electric furnace.
3,After a red hot rod is conveyed into the skew rolling mill,it rotates forward between two rollers with special spiral passes.As this process continues,it is gradually rolled into steel balls.A single skew rolling mill can produce 60-360 steel balls per minute.
4,And the,the hot-rolled steel balls are transported directly to the on-line heat treatment equipment,designed especially for quenching and tempering.Steel balls can obtain very high and uniform hardness.
5,The steel balls which passed inspection are transported to the finished product storehouse and then delivered to users after being packed.
6,Finished steel balls are characterized by the precise dimension,excellent wearability and mechanical propertied.
