We own advanced processing equipments, which include 25 stamping machines of 20T-250T, 5 manual lathes, 8 CNC lathes, 8 CNC milling machines, 4 milling machines, 8 tapping machines, 4 wire cutting machines, 2 grinding machines, 1 oil hydraulic press, 1 plate sawing machine, 3 welding machines. Besides, we equip integrated precise inspection instruments such as imported optical projector, 3D measuring projector, universal tool microscope, micrometer, plug guage and vernier calliper. These whole equipments enable us to complete in-house full process of tooling fabrication, stamping, turning, milling, drilling, tapping and welding. If client requires, we also provide additional related service such as polishing, plating, anodizing, blackening, powder coating, assembly and so on.
