Lost wax casting is one kind of casting method for manufacturing metal products, which refers to precision casting. Modern precision casting is called investment precision casting. Lost-wax precision casting is generally used for small castings.
Lost wax casting process is as follows: Press liquid paraffin wax into briquetting - take out wax pattern - fit gate - paint and make shell - melt wax pattern - bake mold shell - pour molten metal - take out castings - clean pouting gate and burr - test and put it in storage.
