We established in 1996, has 150 staffs, located in LiYang city JiangSu province, and near by G42 \G25 highway\NanJing LuKou International Airport \WaWuShan and LiYang railway stations. XinLi insist on product innovation\quality improvement, good at small quantity, multi-types production, also have capability of large quantity production.
XinLi owned two sets 1.5 tons furnace\two sets 1 ton furnace, and advanced automatic sand recycle system\hot box core shooting machine, mainly use Resin sand\Green sand\Precoated sand molding process, include Hunter automatic line molding\145 and 148 machine molding. The casting size can reach to 2 meters and the weight reach to 2 tons, 800 tons/month capacity. Testing equipment include: Sand property test equipment\Spectrum analyzer\High-frequency C/S analyzer\UT\Micro-structure analyzer. Mchining equipment include CNC\CMM\CNC lathe\Horizontal boring and Milling machine\Vertical Lathe.
