C 0.38; Si 1.0; Cr 5.3; Mn 0.4; Mo 1.3; V 0.9
3. Features: Hot work mould steel is with the good quality to protect itself from the corrosion of aluminum, magnesium and zinc, and the sharp change of heat degree. Good polishing performance and strong ability to resist heat, cut easily.
4. Application: Used for making hot squeeaing mould, forging mould and embedded lump like alloy, copper, and other alloy casting mould.
DELIVERY STATUS: In annealed condition.
HEAT TREATMENT CONDITION:
Quenching temperature: 1020-1050° C
Cooling Medium: Air cooling
Tempering temperature: 560-580° C, by two times;
Tempering Hardness: 47-48HRC
