Ceramic foam filter is a kind of effective molten metal filter. It's three-dimensional connected mesh structure and high porosity has many advantages, for example, large surface area of slags collection, large inner surface area of filtering, small flow resistance, good filtering effect, etc. Ceramic foam filter: Even aperture, high porosity, proper sinter, high strength of anti-flexing and anti-compression. The product, adopted good portiforium foam and high purity ceramic, effectively removes non-metal solid mixture from aluminium and aluminium alloy fusant. It is widely applied to the aluminium fusant filter equipment of continuous casting, half-continuous casting, gravity casting, and low pressure casting.

*Magnesia Ceramic Foam Filter is applied to purge and filter solution of magnesium and magnesium alloy.
*Alumina Ceramic Foam Filter is applied to purge and filter solution of aluminium and aluminium alloys.
