2. This quote doesn't include the maintenance fee owing to the charges caused by the buyers'misuse of the die;

3. Buyer must negotiate with jxchangze(Vendor) for any issues that may cuase charges to jxchznagze when the Buyer wants to modify the die anywhere;

4. Quote based on use of preliminary quotation drawing, variation to specifications after date of this quotation may require adjustment to price;

5. If raw material price fluctuates 5% or more, we reserve the right to adjust unit price accordingly;

6. This quote don't includes freight for samples, all freight of samples will be paid by Buyers;
