The hot-rolled sheave is a new-type sheave which adopts top quality steel sheet and special technology to produce, and has advantages of reasonable structure, high strength, light weight, beautiful appearance, smooth and wearing rope groove etc. It removes defects such as air pore, sand hole what are unavoidable in sheave made by traditional casting, shortens production period and suits developing trend of modern industry and effective economy, therefore it is an ideal upgraded product of cast sheave.
At present we select three kinds of materials, i. e. Q235, Q345 and 45# steel in which Q345 sheave has the hardness of rope groove over HB280 and 45# sheave has the hardness of rope groove of HBC40-50 after heat treatment is made, therefore wearing property of sheave is largely risen up. Now our technological process adopts serial molds with stable quality and it is suitable for multiple products, single unit or batch production.
We can produce all kinds of sheaves with diameter series from φ 230mm -φ 1800mm as well as 5T-500T serial blocks and hook block to meet customers' demand in all industries.
