Induction hardening machine
Introduction:
Induction hardening machine tools are used together with high and medium or super-audio frequency heating devices. For the purpose of conducting heat treatment of work pieces based on their own specificity the hardening equipment falls into: Hardening type, annealing type, tempering type, quenching type, welding and thermoforming type etc.
Hardening machine tools are generally classified as standard and special, the traditional ways are mechanic, hydraulic and compound. The control parts adopt PC control system, ple CNC and PLC system. Which ensure reliable programme running, accurate position, easy operation, high automation. It can improve significantly the hardening quality.
Applycation:
In heat treatment of optic axis, half axis, step axis, varied gears, splined shaft and deformed work pieces. Also in cutter's soldering, annealing and diathermy of metal material as well as in heat treatment of prestressed steel ropes.

Tianjin Century Electronics Co., Ltd., was registered in Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone as an independent corporation in August 1997. The company has been acknowledged by the accreditation of Standard ISO9001: 2000 of Quality Management System in 2002, and it completed the certification of Credit China System. The company also serves as the Director of Power Electronics Society under China Electrical Equipment Industry Association. Furthermore, the company has been entitled to the Working Committee on International Trade of China Power Supply Special Committee of CECC. The working committee will assume the responsibilities of pushing the Chinese enterprises to stride to the international market.
Meanwhile the corporation is engaging in developing the import business, assisting the Chinese enterprises to bring in the advanced technology from overseas markets and purchase the set equipment and raw materials.
