Vertical Dryer Application:
Based on the traditional dryer, Tower Dryer (also known vertical dryer) is specially designed for the mineral materials, which can resist the high temperature, such as iron powder, copper powder, aluminum powder and other materials. Due to the excellent design and manufacture, the drying effect are so perfect, the moisture of final products can be reduced to 3%, even less than 3%.
Structure of the coal vertical dryer
1. It is made of steel structure;
2. Inner lining adopts heat preservation materials to keep warm;
3. Multilayer high temperature castings are adopted in the roaster;
4. There are vibration system, interception system, temperature control system and intelligent control system( IPC), automatic control output and alarm.
5. Vapor and smoke are collected with the application of a draught fan and a cyclone dust collector.
Working principle:
1. The molded balls which contain much moisture are transmitted to the top by conveyor, and then they are evenly distributed on the top total cross-section by distribution device.
2. Briquettes are on the operating rail, one side fall down slowly by gravity, one side go ahead heat change with strong wind. The moisture which is evaporated from briquette is taken away randomly by the strong wind. The briquettes achieve intensive drying after two hours evaporation process
