Repair and Maintenance
Close attention shall be given to "important notice" to avoid incorrect operation.
Certified 68# anti-wear hydraulic oil shall be purchased. Frost hydraulic oil shall be used in low-temperature areas. Hydraulic oil shall be replaced every 2000 working hours.
Clean up dregs from the mould after each operation. Make sure the back of active block is absolutely clean.
Mould service life allows 25 million bars or so. Please contact us upon failed clamping or difficulty in drill pipe compression. We will make confirmation before mould replacement.
The oil cylinder contains wearing seal rings. Upon any rapid decompression, please replace cylinder seal rings.
Do not open the hydraulic pressure gauge until necessary pressure system check upon equipment malfunction. In regular use, keep the hydraulic pressure gauge closed.
