1. Steel standard: AISI H13, Material No. 1.2344, ASSAB 8407, GB 4Cr5MoSiV1.
2. Face treatment: Black, peeled, turned, milled.
3. Characteristic: High hardenability, high toughness, good plasticity. Good high temperature perfomance.
4. Heat treatment:
Anneal: 860-890° C, hardness <, =229HB
Quench temperature: 1020-1050° C, oil or air cooling
Temper temperature: 560-580° C, hardness: 47-49HRC, tempering two times
PS: The temperature for the second time is 20° C lower than the first time
