Purpose and structure performance:
The press, with steel structure frame of high strength and high precision is suitable for blanking, punching, bending, molding, amendment, pulling and stretching, hot trimming and other punching works. The press of JH31 series is widely used for the industry of automobile, tractor, agricultural machine, electric appliance, gauge, bearing, light industry, weave, mechanism, aviation and arm.
The frame and slide all adopts welded steel.
Double helical gear driving.
The press adopts import or self-made dry pneumatic clutch and brake.
Slide with foursquare and eight friction faces, which have the structure of guide pillar and guide bush, could assure high precision.
Import hydraulic overload protector, components of sensitive response and quick reset.
Power-driven close height adjustment is easy for using and maintaining.

There are 695 pieces machinery in workshop with the best heat-treatment equipment in huaihai economic region.
