1. Wear-resistant grinding ball: Our company mainly produces Φ 25mm-Φ 200mm forged steel ball and Φ 15mm-Φ 150mm low, middle and high chrome casting iron ball. Huafu balls feature high accurate dimensions, rounded geometry shape, high hardness and good mechanical properties, waer - resistance, no deformation, no breakage. Huafu produces grinding balls with uniform surface hardness in a high efficiency way due to its advanced quenching device.
Huafu is equipped with advanced casting and forging producing facilities, a full inspection system, well educated professionals and a management team. We introduced automatic forging rolling lines to meet demands of the fast changing market. We also make our advanced heat treatment lines. Our products are all made from quality steel. They are cut by plasma cutting machines and heated by electric furnaces which increases the full hardness and impact value, and lower breakage rate of steel balls.
2. Steel cylpeb: Based on the national advanced technologies, we add Cr, Mn, Si, Mg, Al, Cu and others to make the alloy cements. The products produced in the intermediate frequency furnace and fall to the high, medium, low chrome categories. It features steady quality, high hardness, wear resistance, low break rate.
3. Decorative wrought iron products: We mainly produce forged balusters, spears, assembles and arctic iron doors, fences, guarding windows, room furnitures, etc. Various kinds for above. Our products are world well known for bits high aesthetic and use value.
4. Grinding rod: A new type of alloy wear resistant steel rod produced by the advanced method. Its dimensions can be completely adjusted according to customers requirements, thus increasing flexibility and eliminating the unnecessary waste. At the same time, it extends the service life, improves the efficiency of the mill production, saves the production cost and reduces the labor of the workers.
