2) What about your quality?
All of our products have good quality. Each casting is processed through our QC staff with inspection records for every shipment. To guarantee the correct material specification and right mechanical properties, we have chemical analysis equipment, hardness tester, and tensile strength machine.
3) What is your payment term?
For mold: 50% pay in advance, remaining pay after sample approval
Products: 30% pay in advance, 70% against copy of bill of lading
4) How long can you make your quotation?
After receiving detailed information, we will quote within 2 days.
5) What is your quotation element?
Design drawing, material, weight and quantity.
6) Do you accept the 3D drawings?
We accept both 2D and 3D drawings. Software for specification drawings: PDF, Auto CAD, Solid work, JPG, ProE etc.

Specializes in business of industrial products like Castings, Parts and Machines. Apart from the business company, we also have our own foundry and workshop. Various castings are poured according to customer's drawings or samples. Precision components are machined with our CNC machine tools for different use. As business grows, Tailong has also invested in different foundries in the form of currency or equipments. This has enlarged our production capacity. QUALITY, QUICK SERVICE and COMPETITIVE PRICE are the rules we use in our business with customers.
SPECIFICATION: We produce various classes of castings in Grey Iron, Ductile Iron, Malleable Iron and other Metals. These castings are intended for construction and engineering use. The weights of castings are ranging from several grams to several tons.
PROCESS: The casting process begins with the production of an individual pattern from customer's drawings or samples. Patterns are produced in wood or metal depending on the component and level of details required.
Then green sand molds are made on simple molding machine. Floor molds are made with slinger. Shell cores are made in the core room. There are also wax pattern used in the investment casting. After pouring, all castings are grinded and cleaned in shot blast machines.
QUALITY CONTROL: Each casting is processed through our QC staff with inspection records for every shipment. To guarantee the correct material specification and right mechanical properties, we have chemical analysis equipment, hardness tester, and tensile strength machine.
