1) Design:After we receive your order, our engineers and technicians analysis processing
technics to generate procedures according to drawing, and then make the working plan for the product
2 )Working plan:With technicians around, well-trained operators follow the working plan work on each procedure.Use Digital control
Lathes, polishing machines, milling machines, stamping machines, high-frequency induction quenching machines, etc
3) Action:Strict and experienced QC team inspecting on every working procedure.Use high quality test equipment as hard meter, image survey meter, etc.Also run tests like metallographic analysis.
4)Inspection:After Final Quality Control (FQC), we pack goods carefully.

6.Product Design and casting simulation

Successful parts are original from successful design.We own high level engineers on the product design.They are good at make drawing using the software of CAD.PROE, SOLIDWORKS for assuring production process well.

Our technical group have rich experience in casting process, so we can put forward reasonable suggestions to the product structure design on various performance, process parameters to solve the customer's requirement, set up the 3D model, get the results from pouring simulation analysis.Then modify and optimize the scheme to determine the correct casting process.
