Established in DEC 2009, Rizhao Seven Star Auto Parts Corporation Ltd. Has a registered capital of RMB 40 million, and covers an area of 86, 666 square meters. Our factory is equipped with CNC Machining Centers, CNC Lathes, Friction Presses, Electric Screw Presses, forging robot automaticlines and total of 380 sets of advanced equipment, 12 Steering Knuckle production lines, 2 Front Axle production lines, 4 forging lines and 2 automatic heat treatment lines. We have an annual production capacity of more than 2 million pieces of Steering Knuckles, Front Axles, Axle Tubes/Spindles, Train Forgings, etc.
We have CMM, Magnaflux Tester, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Metalloscope, Ultrasonic Flaw Detector, Carbon-Sulfur Analyzer, and total of over 20 sets of key testing equipment. We have acquired "Enterprise with Standardization Good Behavior at AAA Level", "ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, SA8000-2001" certificates and 13 patents. Our "Seven Star Steering Knuckle" has been awarded "Shandong Famous Brand Product". Our company has also been successively awarded "Donggang Top Ten Star Enterprise" since 2012.
In 2014, we invested RMB 50 million to introduce 1 internationally advanced fully automatic forging line, 3 fully automatic machining lines and 1 fully automatic heat treatment line, which enabled fully automatic forging, machining and heat treatment. We have also started with the "New OTCBB" (New Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board), hoping to further standardize our internal management and achieve better and faster growth.
