We, Hengsheng Forge Co., Ltd, are a 20-year old forging company based in Chengdu City of Sichuan Province in China. We constructed our own production plant for nearly 50 sets of main equipment, the production area now is 20, 000 square meters. The company has 100 workers totally, 3 of them are senior engineers, 12 technical engineers and 3 mechanical engineers, 90% staff are full of experience in the forging industry.
We are specialized in various forged products, such as forged ring, shaft, flange, gear, valve, cylinder, pipe mould and other special forgings which are made of high quality carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel, where the steel material are from famous companies like Taiyuan Iron & Steel(Group) Co., Ltd & PANGANG Group Co., Ltd. The max. Dia of the rings and gears we can forge is 35000mm, the max. Length of the shaft we can produce is 10 meters, the max. Weight of the forged pieces is 20 Tonnages. Our products are used in the industries of Wind Power, Nuclear, Petrol-chemical, Mining, Electric power, Machining, Shipping and other fields.
