Wind Turbine Shaft
Our new Turbine shaft workshop, is equipped with annual production capacity of 2000 sets of shafts. Finish machining and related inspection are processing in the constant temperature workshop, to keep high quality and production efficiency.
Main shafts specifications: 850KW, 1MW, 1.5MW, 2MW, 2.5MW, 3MW, and so on.

2. Steel Grades:
Main materials are 34CrNiMo4, 42CrMo4, 34CrNiMo6, for wind turbine shafts as per requirement match and overmatch the chemical specification of EN10083, for we take measure in raw materials choosing and vacuum casting, which can effectively control the content of impurity elements and gas.
