The company also has the car type heating furnace, batch type furnace, continuous furnace and 10M length annealing furnace, etc.
Our company can produce forging, forging roundness with the weight not more than 20T. The forging includes step shaft, gear and module, as well as cake type forging. The forging roundness: Dia110~800mm and we carry out products with materials supplied by clients
Steel type includes high quality carbon structure steel, carbon tool steel, alloy structure steel, alloy tool steel, spring steel and stainless steel. Total reaches 50 types. The annual production capacity is over 30 thousand tons.

In recent past two years, we successfully developed the international market and the products were exported to Europe and America. In 2007, the annual output reached over 30 thousand tons and total production value reached RMB 150 million yuan. In 2008, the annual output reached over 40 thousand tons and total production value reached RMB 200 million yuan.
