Forged Ring is our main product, Which is used for large mechanical equipment, large mine, and large oil equipment. Our producing capacity is about 1000tons per month. We can do rough maching or final machine for customer's requirement. The UT Test is SEP 1921 class E/e. And we supply our roller to Singapore, Indian, Germany, Isreal and so on.

Covering more than 30, 000 square meters, and owning more than RMB 80 millions assets, namely USD 12 million. We have various kinds of equipments like one 2, 200MT hydraulic press, quenching equipment with capability for 3000 MT per month, three computer-controlled heating furnaces(size: 2.8m x 7m) and one heattreatment furnace(size: 2.8m x 9m), two computer- controlled quenching and tempering furnaces, and horizontal lathes and sawing machines.
Besides, our company has metallographic analysis machinery property and chemical analysis labs. And more, we also have professional forging, heattreatment and machining workers, and acquired the quality system certificate of ISO 9001: 2008.
Our factory is located in the industrial zone in Qing Baijiang District of Chengdu City, with convenient transportation, which is about 18 km from Chengdu city and 25 km from Deyang city, we can provide customers with timely and thoughtful service.
