I. Basic Information
Located in Zhouzhuang Town, Jiangyin City of Jiangsu Province, Jiangyin Hengrun Heavy Industries Co., Ltd (Former: Jiangyin Henrun Flange Co., Ltd) is covering an area of over 120, 000 square meters, adjoining Nanjing and Shanghai, with a very convenient traffic by water, land and air.
The company is professional on manufacturing flanges and forgings, which are mainly made of stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel materials and mainly produced in accordance with GB, EN, ASME and JIS. It can also produce the special flanges and forgings according to the drawings provided by customers.
In order to carry on the develop strategy of "Vigorously develop the market of heavy equipments' parts and components, such as wind power, nuclear power, solar energy and other new energy equipment, engineering machinery etc. ", in 2007, the company built up its daughter company - Hengrun Ring Forging Co., Ltd, which is located in 181 Zhuhuang Road, Industrial Zone, Zhutang Town, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of over 80, 000 square meters, with the main products of ring forgings and shaft.
II. Main Industries
The company has possessed 4500 ton oil press, 2500 ton oil press, 7.5 meter ring rolling machine, 2.5 meter ring rolling machine, 2.5 meter - 8 meter vertical lathes, 2.5 meter - 8 meter well-type heat treatment furnace, as well as over 500 sets of affiliated equipments, such as forging equipment, heat treatment equipment, metal processing equipment and inspection equipment, which are capable of producing various flanges, forgings and rings below Φ 7500.
