Product Description:
The HIC cyclone type dust collector is one of the widely used filter. It could be used alone, also shared
with parallel and series.
Cyclone dust collector is simple in structure, lower cost, save area, no moving parts, convenient
operation and maintenance, low power consumption, etc.
Applied to metallurgy, casting, building materials, chemical industry, cement and other industries.
Capturing the drying of non-fibrous granular dust and the large proportion of soot dust, used
recovered materials equipment.
Cyclone consist of cylinder,cone,inlet pipe,air outlet,and ash discharge tube etc.
The working processing is Dust-laden air enters the cyclone separator through the air inlet, the airflow
by linear motion into circular motion.
Most of swirling airflow along the interior sidewalls from cylinder spiral downward moving, usually
called the outer spiral airflow.the centrifugal force moves the heavy dust to the interior sidewalls and
carries them to the base of the unit.
At last, the cleaning air was discharge through the discharge tube,Part of the dust particles is also
discharged from there.
