Hubei Wainxin Precision Casting&Forging Inc was established in 2002, covering an area of 40000 square meters with more than 200 staffs, including 50 technical personnel and 21 engineers. It is located in world famous hydropower city---Yichang, Hubei, China, closing to the Yangtz River and only 10kms aways from the Three-Gorges International Airport. We passed the ISO 9001: 2008 quality certification.
Now our casting has 3 production lines: Water-glass technology, silica technology and its complex technology lines, mainly make the excavator and loaders bucket teeth &adapters, pump elbow and kinds of casting products and has an annual capacity of 5000 metric tons. With the patent "Drill rod" and the "Integral bucket", our registered trademark "Wanxin" products are deeply welcomed by the customers in domestic and abroad, Forging specialized in producing the scraper chain stem, concrete pump clamp (coupling) and the excavator chain link. Nowadays, our forging capacity already attained 1200000 PCS per year. Also we can make kinds of products as per drawing and sample.
Besides, we have the top-advance inspection equipment like spectrum analyzer, universal tesing machine, metallography micro scope; Impact testing machine etc. We can control all material, mechanical properties and indexes well.
