Process:
Drennan supplies lost wax investment castings, using sodium silicate (water glass) for lower precision items and silica sol for high precision.
Equipment:
400-2000 kg medium frequency induction furnaces. Wax injection, wax welding, dipping, sand-coating, shell making, dewaxing, pouring, decoating, cutting and cleaning/shotblasting equipment for upto 10, 000tonnes per year production. Heat treatment facilities for normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering.
