5, Performance
Air cooling and hardening type of hot-work die steel has excellent heat strength and hardness, high abrasive resistance and toughness and also pretty good property of resistance to cold and hot fatigue.

For making forging dies of die forging hammer, hot extrusion dies, mandrels, die-casting molds of light metals like Aluminum and Zinc, tools used for hot upset forging structural steel and heat-resistant steel and dies used for high-energy-rate forging machine.
