Cavity inserts to be DIEVAR with 46-48Rcor equivalent.
Mold base to be 4140 with 28-32RC or equivalent.
All ejectors or core pins to be Punch manufactured or equivalent.
All bearing block, slide guide block to be P20 pre-harden with 18-22RC.
Mould construction lead-time: 8 weeks.
Packaging: Iron, Wooden, or Customized.
