Our finishing service is all-inclusive from tooling to precision die-casting. We have 12 units of Zinc die casting machine from 5 tons to 63 tons (eg. Hishinuma U20, U2) and 5 units of AL die casting machine from 50tons to 280tons. The highest tolerance we can achieve is 0.01mm for Zinc die casting parts and 0.02mm for AL die casting parts.
Besides, we are also have more than 30 units of CNC machine, and also able to provide secondary process eg. Polishing, sand blasting, painting, silk screening, tumbling, drilling and assembling. Furthermore, we are able to make Voice Coil Motor, Encoder and mini-industrial brush.
Our quality policy is achieved through our well-trained employees and high precision equipment like CMM, profile and roughness tester and other sophisticated equipment. SPC, CPK statistic are widely used as our regular internal measurement.
