φ 3.5m vertical lathe; 1.8× 8m horizontal lathe, 5T free forging hammer. Also we can afford the contract in large forgings based on the 18500T and 8400T hydraulic press in CITIC Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd.

φ 5.5 × 2M Electrical Pit quenching and tempering furnaces(especially cater for bear ring, gear ring and roller); φ 1.6× 8m Electrical Pit quenching and tempering furnaces (especially cater for long shaft and rotor); φ 2.5× 2m Pit Hardening and Tempering Furnace (especially suitable for gearing).
Main material used:
45#, 30#, 42CrMo, 45CrMnMo, 50Mn, 16Mn, Mn13, 34CrNiMo, 25CrNiMo, 9Cr2Mo, SA series and so on. In fact, we can customize our materials and our products specifications.
We can provide large flanges, wind generator shaft, tube plates, cylindrical shells, (BOP) shells, rollers, sprockets, sprocket shafts, gears, gear shafts, tugs, tug shafts, spindles, rotors, fitting pins.
