Established in 2008, Dongguan Most Hardware Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the World famous manufacturing city-Dongguan, Guangdong, a manufacturing oriented factory focusing on lost wax casting products. In order to make sure supreme, fast production and technical service to more overseas clients, HK TOPMOST Co., Limited was set up as a division for international trade business in 2014.
The factory covers an area of 5000 square meters, with 200 staff at present, and is equipped with complete CNC machining workshop and the most advanced spectrum analyzer-BRUKER Q6. ISO9001: 2008 Quality Management System Certification was passed in 2009. All the products comply to RoHS directive in European Union. The factory has achieved computer networks in terms of internal management and information sharing.
With company development, several production divisions have been established including Precision Casting Division, Spray Nozzle Division and Bathroom Ware Division. Precision Casting Division focuses on the manufacturing, sales, development, procurement and logistics of stainless steel products including marine hardware, aerospace hardware, lock accessories, valve hardware and architectural hardware, ect. We enjoy an output capacity of over 2 million pieces per month with casting surface roughness as precise as Ra1.6-3.2 and weight range from 2g to 80kg. OEM or OCM services are offered according to client's specifications. Heat treatment, CNC machining and surface treatment services are offered as well.
Spray nozzle division was established in 2010, is the largest OEM factory in China at present. Production output over 500, 000PCS, products are widely used in the following industries: Auto making, surface treatment, coating, electroplating, PCB, textile, dust suppression, purification, pharmaceutical, chemical, paper making, aluminum, tank cleaning and steel. In addition, we can provide systematic technics for spraying solutions as well.
