Main technical features and working pricinple
1)main structure features
DY28-185-925 Corrugated roof sheets rolling-forming roduction Line is compose of 5T uncoiler machism, driving machismo, roll-forming machine (including plateform-oriented), shearer, hydraulic system, electric control sustem.
1. This production line frame is adopted the hot-rolled I-steel, the whole machine isadoptiom of vibration welding to weld stress, then through large-scale gantry plane processing, so that ensure the level of degree and regidity.
2. The main shaft is adopted 45# steel and through heat refining, to sure it has good combination property.
3. All rollers are adopted 45# steel and through heat refining, precision processing by CNC machine tool and hard chromium plating for handling surface, so that to sure rollers process high precision and wear resistance.
4. Main machine is driving by gear reducer, all active rollers are use of chain drive, smooth and reliable
5. This line is adopted forming and puncing shear technology, hydraulic drive, safe and reliable action to ensure that the profiles effective width is same whatever in frond, back, or middle of this line
6. Shearing blades material is Cr12 with HRC 60° ~62°

Roll-forming machine is compose of material feeding mechanism(by passive loading rack, stand etc), gearing-drive mechanism, rollers forming machine and main machine, cutiing mechanism, hydraulic system, electric controlling system, finished products layout stand.
