1. Pressing: Cold extrusion, machining, milling, turning, grinding, drilling, welding etc.
2. Material Available: Iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, plastic etc.
3. Specification: As per prints or samples or special requirments from customer
4. Surface Treatment: Zinc Plated, nickel platec, chrome plated, powder coating, electrophoresis or others
5. Packing: Carton, wooden case, pallet according to clients' request
6. OED & ODM acceptable
Order & Production Flow:
1. Drawing & Customer Sample: Need to be provided from customer, need to point out requirement if samples
2. Samples Delivery: 5-15 days beased on parts difficulty
3. Sample Confirmation: 7-10 days after customer receive the samples, and once the samples are approved, both customer and our side keep the same samples in hand as future production samples.
4. Production: Based on the approved samples
5. Production Lead time: 15-30 days based on order quantities
6. Inspection: 100% full inspection
7. Packaging: PP bag+ carton + wooden pallet
8. Transportation: Truck in local and sea or air based on customer's requested
Ex; Port Packing:
1. Normal packing: Some part into one PP bag and then into export carton and some cartons into one wooden pallet or wooden case to keep ensure the safety transportation.
2. Carton Marks/Pallet Marks can de made based on customer's requirment, in order to help customer find correct goods in each carton
3. Color Box: Normally didn't include into the prices, the cost will be recalcuated based on the artwork provided from the customer.
Transportation; :
1. Local Transporation: Truck to forwarder's warehouse or load at the factory
2. Sea & Air Shipping: Customer specified
Payment Conditions:
1. Tooling & Fixture & Mould: 50% deposit in advance and 50% balance when samples are approval
2. Production: 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance when goods is ready for shipping
