Hydraulic drive forging hammer is a new energy saving and environmental protection forging
hammer. It can save more than 90% energy comparing with the steam forging hammer and the forging hammer with compressor.
We can convert the steam hammer or hammer with compressor into hydraulic drive forging hammer, we had convert about 500 sets steam hammer into hydraulic forging hammer.
For converted hydraulic forging hammer, motor drives high-pressure oil pump to supply high pressure oil to drive the ram running. The hammer can work once the power on.Hammer rod piston lower cavity connects with high pressure oil constantly, through controlling the oil in and out of piston upper cavity to achieve blow and lifting. Hammer piston upper cavity connects high pressure, piston and hammer rod has area difference to form force difference together with falling part weight to achieve blow. When piston upper cavity unload lower pressure, constant oil pressure at piston lower cavity circle area to produce the return force to over come the falling part weight and relative friction to achieve lifting.The advantages of hydraulic hammer are as following:
