1. Casting machine adopt trackless steel cable, and distance of run is more than 6.2 meters.
Casting machine adopts frequency control; Adjusting range of speed is about 25~650mm/min. It can move inching up/down or automatically. Digital display the speed, casting length, cooling water temperature and aluminum liquid temperature, as well as audible alarm before reaching the end of casting and safety stop before empty car coming up to the position.
2. Adopt single coiling block with four steel cable, casting machine steel cable diameter is about φ 14, maximum stress toleration is 15T( when in high water level). Worm speed reducer center distance is 280mm. Winding engine has manually operation falling-off equipment and spring auxiliary starting equipment. All the control equipment of winding engine and hydraulic system are converged on one electric cabinet.
3. Framework material of cast pit is 25#channel steel and steel sheet. Four main chain wheel of cast windlass engine are established in the pit framework as well as tilting pedestal and arm.
4. Mould cast table raise to 90o. Tilting mechanism is operated by hydraulic system. Hydraulic cylinder and pump Germany brand made in China, and main hydraulic valves are made in Taiwan. Both revolving joint and connector for entering water are established on the side of tilting arm, size of connector is 4 inch.

Material of launder, filter box, distributor inside cast mould table and the bushing are "ZHONGNAI NO 1". Frame of launder and filter box are made of steel; Inside lining is made of "ZHONGNAI NO 1" preformed unit; Filter box size is 15 inch, including electric heating and hydraulic lid lifter device.
