Technology process features       

1.    The size of the billet that can be cast: big square billets and rectangle billet of

       150 x 150 mm2, 150 x 280 mm2, 150 x 320 mm2, 250 x 250 mm2 etc.

2.    Steel quality to be cast: high quality silicon steel, alloy structural steel, carbon

       tool steel, spring steel, bearing steel, etc

3.    Machine model: one set of 3 machines 3 strands

4.    Radius of casting machine: 8 meters

5.    Average casting speed: 2.22.8 m/min
