THZ Elasticity Bearing has a special structure. Its outer and inner ring is helical structure. The characteristics of this bearing are compact structure, install easily, long working life and so on. Following aspects could show why this bearing has long working life.
A. Self-compensating clearance. Under high temperatures, outer and inner ring can axial extend following helical line, so during working time, clearance is self compensating and won't lead to block.
B. Good lubrication. Grease can go to all working surfaces through clearance of helical line.
C. High impact resistance. Because of helicoids, outer and inner rings can fully absorb shock waves to protect themselves.
D. Automatic cleaning. Dirt on raceway is cleared into helical gap by rolling of rotation part.
