The main processing are forging, casting, CNC machining, hand polishing, automatic polishing and plastic injecting. The surface treatment can be electroplating, oxidizing, blackening, powder spraying and lacquering.
We can offer a variety of decorative finishes for your different needs, the popular modern finishes are PVD, polished brass, satin nickel, bright nickel, antique nickel, satin chrome, bright chrome; The popular classic finish is vintage distressed iron ( Pewter ), brass and bronze, with our unique and detailed craftsmanship, each item is highly crafted to the finest elegance. All finishes can meet relevant test such as for salt spraying, humidity, heat quench, pensile hardness, coating adhesion, abrasion, UV and solvent rubbing.
Our lacquering line uses the ultrasonic vapor cleaning equipment with Japan-made trichlorethylene. The spraying gun is also from Japan. The oven is dust-free with YORK air filtering system.
