We specialize in manufacturing of investment castings with ceramic shells and stamped & welded construction parts. Products include casted and/or machined parts for ball valves, butterfly valves, pump parts and other spare parts used in the fields of chemical engineering, petroleum, light industry, food industry, medicine, environmental protection, ship building and house building. Our castings can meet material requirements of German standard, American standard, and Japanese standard.
Our plant is located at Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone covering an area of more than 15, 000 square meters. The registered capital is 30 million RMB. We have over 180 employees, including casting engineers, machining engineers, tooling engineers and quality control engineers. We adopt on-site "5S" management and lean production. We have more than 50 sets of casting equipments, over 40 sets of machining equipments. Moreover, we have testing equipments such as German Lab-spark75 spectrometer, LDS-100 CNC pulling force tester, profile projector SOV-3020, etc., which enable us to implement chemical analysis, mechanical properties tests and accurate dimension inspection.
