Circular Shearing Machine
The circular shears of the CC series are of the type with circular blades and disc support bow. They can start working with the blades closed or open. They are suitable for both internal/external cutting as well as beading of discs and rings made of iron,steel ,aluminium ,brass,etc. The circular shears are of rugged fabricated metal construction . The cutting speed is variable from zero to maximum thanks to a digital inverter coupled to the electric motor . The start command is given via a safety-type double push button control which actuates the simultaneous workpiece clamping and closing of the blades(pneumatic or hydraulic operation depending on the circular shear models). On the later models it is possible to preset continuous sequences of cuts with predetermined sizes via a digital programmer.
By using special fixtures (shaped rolls)it is possible to perform widely differing beading operations(see below) in addition to cutting.
The machine are provided with all the necessary safety and protective devices in accordance with current safety standards.
