1.Product description
Upward continuous casting melting machine for copper rod is used for producing bright and long Oxygen
-free copper rod, copper tube,flat copper bar.This machine can directly produce different Specifications of
copper rod, copper tube and other special shaped copper material continuously from electrolytic copper.

3.Working process
The upcasting machine is used to produce the long and bright oxygen
free copper rod.The induction melting furnace melts the cathode copper plate into liquid, the liquid keep off the air by charcoal and graphite in
case of be oxidation.The holding furnace keeps the copper liquid
temperature in 1150ºC±10ºC, the copper liquid turn into copper rod in
crystallizer,then the final productwill be finished through the double headwinding machine and other accessory equipments.
